What data we process

This website does not collect, store or process any personal data directly. It does not use forms, analytics, or tracking scripts.

If you contact Alessandra via the email link (mailto) or book a call via the Calendly link on this site, your data (name, email address, and any information you choose to share) is processed:

• Email: by your own email provider and by Alessandra's email account (Google/Gmail), for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry.
• Calendly: directly by Calendly, LLC, which acts as an independent data controller for the scheduling data you provide. Please refer to Calendly's Privacy Policy for details on how they process your data.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily initiating contact (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and/or on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data retention

Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to manage the relationship or enquiry. Calendly retains scheduling data according to its own policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact tita1239@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Hosting

This site is hosted via Lovable. Lovable's infrastructure provider may process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) as part of standard web hosting, for security and functioning purposes only. See Lovable's own privacy documentation for details.
